How does your soul feel?

How does your soul feel?

(it's still mental health awareness month)

Living authentically
One of the best ways to achieve peace and harmony is to connect with one's inner self and higher purpose, where thoughts, emotions, and actions align with core values and beliefs. Feeling a sense of purpose and meaning in your life is crucial to a positive state of mind and well being. The more we grow, learn about ourselves, question things around us, become intimate with our soul, the more awareness increases and we become more aligned. The more you develop, the more you align. It’s that simple. It never stays the same because you never stay the same. Spiritual alignment develops just like our consciousness. We are constantly awakening to new levels of consciousness, and that is exciting. If you want to go deeper into levels of consciousness, to fully embody and embrace yourself and live an authentic life, consider scheduling a session with me or work with me long term. Each session is guaranteed to have a breakthrough moment full to transform your life.
TAOS Gallery Showcase featuring Olga Kozlova

Please join us next Wednesday, May 14th from 19-22 as we celebrate the work of Olga Kozlova. “BEYOND THE LINE” This exhibition invites you to look beyond what you see. There is a line that doesn’t divide, but reveals something more. It’s a subtle boundary between what we see and what we feel. Between forms and breath. Between memories and light. Here, drawing doesn’t explain, it whispers. The flowers are not just drawn, but remembered, as if they came from within, from an emotion, from a full and quiet silence. Beyond the line, you don’t just find outlines, but essence. Each mark is a step inward. Each blank space is a pause. Each figure is a presence that appears. Beyond the Line is an invitation to look in a different way. To feel spring not only with your eyes, but with your skin. To let yourself be touched by lightness, by fragility, by hidden beauty. Enjoy the exhibition, and have a good journey beyond the line.

Olga is a graphic and watercolor artist and illustrator from Russia. She lives and works in Florence, a city of art that provides her with endless inspiration. Her artistic exploration focuses on the quiet beauty of nature, with subjects ranging from flowers and fruit to vegetables and still lifes, all rendered with a poetic and sensitive gaze. Her style stands out both for her black-and-white ink drawings and for her refined mixed watercolor techniques, enriched by graphic ink elements that enhance detail and composition. Alongside traditional media, Olga experiments with original techniques using wine, coffee, and other natural materials, creating works with a spontaneous and personal character. She has taken part in numerous group and solo exhibitions in Italy, Europe, and Russia, and regularly participates in international watercolor events and festivals. At the same time, Olga shares her artistic experience through workshops and courses aimed at both beginners and more experienced artists, with the goal of passing on her passion for art and creative exploration.

Intimate Conversations with Lady Kendra
Join me every Monday at 21 CET on Instagram Live as I talk about life and such. This is my way to have a conversation with the world about some subjects that may be taboo or touchy. For me, there is no such thing. Please feel free to leave a comment or ask a question. This week I talked about alignment, and next week I will discuss shadow work. Be a part of the conversation in person from 20-21 at The Art of Style (reservations required) and follow the journey @kendraleonard...
TAOS YOGA
I also invite you to join me every Wednesday morning from 10-11 am as I share my mediation and yoga practice with the community. This is a safe space where all are welcome. No experience is required. For the month of May, the focus will be on the throat chakra, which is the fifth energy center associated with communication, self expression, and speaking your truth. It is located in the throat area, and is believed to influence the ability to express oneself clearly and honestly. A blocked throat chakra can manifest as difficulty expressing oneself, shyness, or difficulty speaking one's truth. It's not just about speaking, but also about the importance of listening and understanding. An overactive throat chakra can lead to being overly critical, impulsive, or having difficulty listening to others. Potential physical issues linked to a blocked or imbalanced throat chakra include a sore throat, hoarseness, thyroid problems, and neck pain. Come with an open heart and mind, and feel your body unwind through meditation, yoga, and a sound bath to realign your chakras, so you can operate at optimum levels. Find yourself. Invest in yourself. Love yourself.
