Why do you need to heal?
So you can be well...
What do you need to heal?

Healing the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again. To heal, one needs to address the root cause of the issue, whether is's emotional, physical, or spiritual. This often involves acknowledging the problem, seeking support, practicing self-care, and being patient with the process. For physical healing, adequate nutrition and a balanced oxygen supply are crucial. Emotional healing may require grieving, apologizing, seeking connection, and practicing mindfulness. To heal spiritually, one needs to focus on connecting with a higher power or the universe through practices like meditation, prayer, and energy healing, while also cultivating self-compassion, gratitude and forgiveness. Spiritual healing often involves turning inward, exploring emotions, and seeking support from others. If you are interested in healing your wounds on this journey called life, consider scheduling a session or working with me long term. Retail therapy also helps, so check out the latest piece in The God|dess Collection, Hope. After completing the collection I decided that what we need more than ever is hope, and once you realize that there is always hope available to you, you can begin to open yourself up to healing what lies underneath the surface. Transformation takes time, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel as long as we address our core wounds, where they come from, and how to transmute them to heal and in turn, help others heal from their wounds, too.

Use The Substitute to heal
Breathwork encompasses a variety of techniques that involve conscious control of breathing to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It involves intentionally regulating the breath's rhythm, depth, and pattern to influence physiological and psychological states. Breathwork practices range from simple deep breathing exercises to more complex techniques with specific patterns and rhythms. Use The Substitute throughout the day to regulate your breathing, relax your nervous system, and calm the mind. The breath is what connects the mind with the body, allowing us to go within to feel and hear what comes up from the inside. The Substitute is the ultimate accessory designed to help you heal, feel, and intergrate the messages that come up. Use it daily for optimal results. All you need to do is just breathe. There is no tobacco, no toxins, simply air, which means you can use it anywhere. The perfect gift to give someone who is dealing with stress or trying to heal.

Intimate Conversations with Lady Kendra
Join me every Monday at 21 CET on Instagram Live as I talk about life and such. This is my way to have a conversation with the world about some subjects that may be taboo or touchy. For me, there is no such thing. Please feel free to leave a comment or ask a question. Last week I talked about about energy and tonight I am talking about healing. Be a part of the conversation in person from 20-21 at The Art of Style (reservations required) and follow the journey @kendraleonard... |

I also invite you to join me every Wednesday morning from 10-11 am as I share my mediation and yoga practice with the community. This is a safe space where all are welcome. No experience is required (but reservations are). For the month of July, the focus will be on the crown chakra, which is the seventh energy center. It is located at the top of the head, or slightly above, and is associated with higher thought, spiritual connection, and understanding one's true nature. When balanced, it can lead to feelings of joy, freedom, and a strong connection to something larger than oneself. An imbalanced crown chakra may result in feelings of disconnection, lack of purpose, or an over-reliance on the intellectual mind. Come with an open heart and mind, and feel your body unwind through meditation, yoga, and a sound bath to realign your chakras, so you can operate at optimum levels. Find yourself. Invest in yourself. Love yourself. |
