Compassion means feeling someone else's pain and wanting to help. You can show compassion by listening without judgment and being patient. How can you show more compassion? Use these tips to strengthen your compassion muscles: 1. Speak with kindness. 2. Apologize when you've made a mistake. 3. Listen carefully without judgement. 4. Be encouraging. 5. Offer to help someone with a task. 6. Be happy for someone else's success. 7. Accept people for who they are. 8. Forgive people for making mistakes.  Compassion is empathy in action. Showing it to yourself and others can strengthen relationships, increase happiness, and lower stress.
