Believe in yourself and others

Now is the time to let go of negativity and have an optimistic outlook on life, with the last full moon of spring tonight in the fiery sign of Sagittarius. Even though this may be easier said than done, it is in our best interest to do so. This energy is urging us to cut the past loose and be free and open to the future of possibilities. What are your biggest hopes and aspirations? Inspiration and motivation will come out of nowhere, helping us embrace our creativity, and share it with the world. The Nodes of Destiny are pushing us to make major decisions, which may be difficult, but the cosmos is supporting our dreams. Dare to dream big! You have the potential to make them real. Align yourself with your innermost hopes and aspirations. This is your time to make anything happen. Use it to your advantage. My belief? I believe that The Substitute is helping millions. I believe I am revolutionizing retail. And I believe that you can do anything you put your mind to. I also invite you to join me every Wednesday morning from 10-11 am as I share my mediation and yoga practice with the community. This is a safe space where all are welcome. No experience is required (but reservations are). For the month of June, the focus will be on the third eye chakra, which is the sixth energy center associated with intuition, insight, perception, and spiritual awareness. It is located in between the eyebrows and when it is balanced, it enhances intuition, gives you clarity of thought, and a deeper connection to the spiritual realm. A blocked third eye can cause confusion, lack of clarity, difficulty making decisions, headaches, sinus issues, eye problems, difficulty trusting yor intuition, or seeing the bigger picture. Come with an open heart and mind, and feel your body unwind through meditation, yoga, and a sound bath to realign your chakras, so you can operate at optimum levels. Find yourself.
