Who can you trust?

Who can you trust?

Trust your gut.

Trust is the foundation

Since the foundation of what most of us to believe to be true has vanished and collapsed in real time recently. it may have left you wondering, who can I trust these days? Well, if you are tuned into what's going on, not only with the outside world, but more importantly within, you can feel it. The reason people say 'trust your gut' is because you have an inner guidance system that leads and directs you in times of uncertainty. And we are definitely in uncertain times. Trust that it will only continue to become more shaken up as the year continues to unfold. But trust is key, and how do we trust when we have no idea how or when things may fall into place? We just do. We follow our intuition and listen to the positive voices in our heads. We listen when our stomach ties itself in knots, or when our heart starts beating fast as a warning system. If you need some help trusting yourself or others, consider working with me to unravel the stories and any limiting beliefs you may have. And because trust is at the foundation of everything I do, your secrets will be kept safe and your guidance customized to you and where you are on your healing journey. If you've already done the work and want to dress the part, check out The God|dess Collection to embrace your highest self. The newest addition, pictured above, I shall call Hope... Keep speaking your truth. Keep disrupting the system. Keep the faith, and ultimately never give up hope. It is the only thing we have to cling to besides love.

Do you believe what you see?

If you missed last week's event, you still have time to view the meticulous work of Anna Rubin. Her exhibition entitled 'The Hand of Creator' will amaze and delight you. If you are an art lover, or an art collector, you do not want to miss this. Anna Rubin, humanist-artist, paints in oil on Belgian linen using Old Masters Techniques of painting in layers starting with chiaroscuro, Flemish School in particular, in her own Modern Renaissance Realism style since 2004. Born in Moscow, Anna Rubin was brought up and further educated in Germany and Italy. She achieved international success and recognition as a professional artist on primary and secondary fine art market, lives and works in Florence, Italy. Her international recognition is reflected in numerous sold-out solo and group exhibitions, Excellency Awards, important Fine Art Auctions as well as successful Art Fairs. In her paintings, Anna Rubin uses meaningful compositions of antique and modern objects creating pictures and stories that are both contemporary and timeless, invigorating and serene. The portrait and figurative artworks by Anna Rubin connect individuals’ depiction, body language and a symbolic still-life with the intention of everlasting, visual, wholistic explanation of the personalities and their impact for generations to come. Each composition is thoroughly researched and the artwork executed with minute detail, historical, cultural, theological and scientific knowledge and tradition. With thorough preparation and sensitivity for detail, Anna Rubin skillfully combines unique art objects, light and colour imbuing her artwork with immortal beauty, serenity and aesthetic joy. Intimate Conversations with Lady Kendra
Join me every Monday at 21 CET on Instagram Live as I talk about life and such. This is my way to have a conversation with the world about some subjects that may be taboo or touchy. For me, there is no such thing. Please feel free to leave a comment or ask a question. This week I talked about trust and last week I talked about passion. Be a part of the conversation in person from 20-21 at The Art of Style (reservations required) and follow the journey @kendraleonard...
TAOS YOGA
I also invite you to join me every Wednesday morning from 10-11 am as I share my mediation and yoga practice with the community. This is a safe space where all are welcome. No experience is required (but reservations are). For the month of July, the focus will be on the crown chakra, which is the seventh energy center. It is located at the top of the head, or slightly above, and is associated with higher thought, spiritual connection, and understanding one's true nature. When balanced, it can lead to feelings of joy, freedom, and a strong connection to something larger than oneself. An imbalanced crown chakra may result in feelings of disconnection, lack of purpose, or an over-reliance on the intellectual mind. Come with an open heart and mind, and feel your body unwind through meditation, yoga, and a sound bath to realign your chakras, so you can operate at optimum levels. Find yourself. Invest in yourself. Love yourself.
