Having intimately lost my husband almost 15 years ago, I have helped many people accept death and what is, but also held space for those to heal so they can truly rest in peace. Death is just another transition in the journey called life, and being able to talk through your feelings and thoughts allows you to process what is happening to you and those around you. We are all going to die someday, and the sooner we realize and accept that, the better off we will be emotionally and mentally.
