Start with your breath.
I know we don't normally think about it, but if we were to actually spend time focusing on our breath, we could control a whole lot more in our lives. Of course most of us are fortunate enough to breathe without thinking about it, but our breath is the only thing that can calm down our nervous system. This is why everyone tells you to just breathe whenever you are going through something- a birth, a death, a break up, etc. Breath is life. And sadly, most people pick up smoking instead when they are stressed out or going through something heavy. I've been there. But after getting pneumonia at 40, I thought, 'maybe I don't need to smoke anymore.' I was only a social smoker, and smoked when I was drinking alcohol. So I came up with The Substitute. This is my cure to cancer, and I believe that breath is life.
The Substitute
If you think about it, most people smoke for a reason. They smoke when they are stressed out, after a good meal, after sex, socially, etc. What they fail to realize is that it is really the intake of breath that they desire, along with the good, long exhale that comes after that. But instead of inhaling tobacco, toxins, and chemicals, The Substitute allows you to only inhale air. Now, I have been questioned about the air quality that I am inhaling because I use The Substitute daily, but I'm pretty sure it is a better alternative to actually inhaling a cigarette or a vape. Just try it. Next time you are stressed out, take three really long inhales and three really long exhales. You have to do both. It doesn't work if you only inhale. That is cheating. And you are only cheating yourself. If you need the fix, consider picking up The Substitute instead. The Substitute is an anti-anxiety/stress reliever to use instead of smoking. A psychological/ physiological tool that allows the user to hold it in their hand, put it in between their lips, and inhale deeply. Just don't forget to exhale. Just breathe...
