If you think about it, most people smoke for a reason. They smoke when they are stressed out, after a good meal, after sex, socially, etc. What they fail to realize is that it is really the intake of breath that they desire, along with the good, long exhale that comes after that. But instead of inhaling tobacco, toxins, and chemicals, The Substitute allows you to only inhale air.
