TAOS Gallery Showcase tonight!

Come meet the artists and celebrate life and art.

Friday, 21 Febbraio from 19-22
Come explore the works of three local artists this month. Meet Django Nokes, Italian-English artist who, well aware of his manual skills and creativity, decided to attend the Art Institute in England and continued his education in Florence to study graphic art and illustration. In his works, he combines dreamlike and grotesque imagery, giving life to suggestive and disturbing works. Next up is Gianluca Danieletto. Initially recognized globally as a tattoo artist, Danieletto took a transformative step by joining the Secret Order of Saturn, a collective of tattoo artists unified by a shared belief in the esoteric significance and potency of tattoos as symbols. This visionary perspective guided him on a path of self discovery. A chance encounter helped him realize that painting resonated more profoundly with his artistic soul, so he redirected the course of his creative life. Last, but definitely not least, there is Chiara Ripoli, whose work explores the connection between characters, nature, and memory. Through clay, she tries to shape significant parts of our culture, transforming them into sacred icons for all to admire. The sculptures that she chose to display are meant to represent human states of mind, turning them into a symbolic path of darkness to light. Despair: the deepest point of darkness, where there seems to be no way out except our circular thoughts. Sadness: acceptance of the condition. Hope: the first glimmer of light, a small but significant opening to possibility of change. Resilience: the inner strength that urges us to fight back, get back up, and walk in the path to the light. Serenity: the achievement of inner peace, the full light after gong through the difficulties. This is life. Welcome to the journey. Welcome to The Art of Style. Bring friends and family and come experience art.
Navigating the maze of life
A labyrinth is defined as a complicated irregular network of passages or paths in which it is difficult to find one's way.  And it seems that regardless of which way we decide to go, that we can go up, down, and all around before we find our way. However, we must know that no matter how lost we may feel, there is always a way out. In fact, there are usually multiple ways to find ourselves throughout the process, which tends to build character and strength as we climb through complex territories. If you or someone you know needs help navigating the maze of confusion, consider scheduling a session or working with me long term. Together we can work to find multiple solutions to your problems and build your confidence to take small, actionable steps towards building a better future out of the corner that you may have found yourself in. There is always a way out. You just need to take time to sit still with what is, remain optimistic and restore hope, and you'll find your way again.
The Substitute

When we feel stuck, we tend to get anxious, overwhelmed, or scared. Or maybe your go to emotion is anger or sadness. Whatever you feel, just breathe. The Substitute can help adjust your nervous system from irregular to smooth and steady. You see, it is physiologically impossible for your body to be in a state of distress when your breath is regulated and calm. So next time you find yourself in this predicament, use The Substitute to just breathe. Whether practical, playful, or purposeful, The Substitute redefines how you interact with the world. With limitless possibilities, it’s truly whatever you need it to be. Try one and get free international shipping.

Intimate Conversations with Lady Kendra
Join me every Monday at 21 CET on Instagram Live as I talk about life and such. This is my way to have a conversation with the world about some subjects that may be taboo or touchy. For me, there is no such thing. Please feel free to leave a comment or ask a question. This week I talked about confession and next week I will discuss expression. Be a part of the conversation in person from 19-21 at The Art of Style and follow the journey @kendraleonard... Indulge in yourself.
Mindfulness & Movement
I also invite you to join me every Wednesday morning from 9-11 am as I share my mediation and yoga practice with the community. This is a safe space where all are welcome. No experience is required. For February, the focus is on the sacral chakra. This energy center governs the water element inside of you, all that is fluid. It relates to fun, freedom, creativity, flexibility, sex, pleasure, and money. Traumatic experiences, such as emotional abuse, neglect, or sexual trauma, can disrupt the flow of energy in the sacral chakra, leading to blockages and imbalances in this area. Symptoms of a blocked sacral chakra can include detachment, isolation, anxiety, loneliness, low libido, or a lack of creative inspiration. Come with an open heart and mind, and feel your body unwind. Love yourself.
The Books- Available on Amazon and Audible (and Italian!)
You only live once. The faster you learn the strategies of life, the easier it will be to practice them when you're caught at a so called dead end.
Your mind, body, and soul know the way out- you just need to sit with what is to think about it, feel it, and breathe through it.
Find yourself.
