Here are some tips to help you express your emotions in a healthy way. First and foremost, use positive self talk- this is huge. Next, be a good listener. It might be helpful to remember what Epictetus said, that we have two ears and one mouth, so we can listen twice as much as we speak. Give spirituality a try- breathwork, meditation, and yoga can have a huge impact not only on your emotional state, but your mental and physical ones, too. Practice acceptance, empathy, and mindfulness. Forgive, be grateful, be optimistic, try something new, take a risk, go outside, and don't put off your happiness. These are all things that we will be doing during the Transformative Experience. I will teach you not only the tools, but how to incorporate these practices into your daily life.
