What will you create this year?
As another year ends, we find ourselves thinking back as to what we accomplished last year. What did we learn? What do we want to do differently this year to show our growth and development over lessons from the past? If you haven't taken the time to reflect on 2022, I encourage you to stop for a moment and congratulate yourself on how far you've come, how much you have changed, and the evolution that has taken place during the last year. Now, the exciting thing is to think about what the possibilities of 2023 are! What have you been working on? What would you like to manifest into your life? What is the life that you will create for yourself this next year? I was just informed today that my rent is more than doubling when my lease expires, so I will be creating yet another home in Italy this next year. Cheers to new beginnings, even the unplanned ones, and being forced to surrender to the unknown...

A pleasurable sacrifice
What will you give up so you can have more of something else? You may be wondering where this fabulous term came from, let alone what it means. Basically, the term was coined by a musician I met a while back who was saying that 'it was a pleasurable sacrifice' referring to the blisters that were on his fingers in order to continually play the music he so loved. I thought that was simply beautiful and decided that I was going to create an Intimate Conversation about that. Which I did, but for some reason I got blocked. You can read more about that below. But that got me thinking, what are the things that we are willing to give up to ultimately get what we want? What can feel so good to us that the pain is worth it? What is a pleasurable sacrifice that you are giving back to the world?
