You are the Gift

Do you know how special you are? You are a one of a kind, package deal, my friend! We don't need more things, we need more love. We need more of you to show up in this world being your authentic self- no one else can do it, but you! And now, more than ever, the world needs you to shine your light brighter than ever before. People need you to share your gifts, not get them more gifts. What if we just simply shared ourselves in a loving way with others instead of spending money on things we don't need and concentrate on giving the things that matter most? That, would be the true meaning of Christmas, giving the gift of your highest self to the world.

Give the Gift of Change

This coaching session is an introductory session for your person of choice to take control of their life and move forward in the direction of their choosing. Pay what you can- for the rest of the year I am offering donation based services to those in need of my guidance.
Accessible Guidance- a monthly membership program to have access to me when you need it without having to schedule an appointment. Leave me a five minute voice memo and I'll respond with tools and guidance to help.
Individual Transformative Experiences- pick the dates that work for you and let me guide you through the work. Now thru the rest of the year, I'll be offering it as the same price as the group sessions. Starting at the first of the year, the price will increase, so there is still time to secure your spot at a reduced rate and schedule the dates later.

The Substitute

The breath is never ending, well, until the end. There always seems to be an endless supply, though we rarely take advantage of it. For the smokers in your life, or if you are a smoker yourself, this is the best gift money can buy- life. The Substitute can be used anywhere- trains, planes, and automobiles, work, school, home, church, shops, restaurants, wherever. Take a break and take a breath of fresh air. No tobacco. No toxins. Simply air. Just breathe.
