How do you reset?


you are the only one who can make your life happen. if you don't like where you're at in life, you are the one person in the entire universe who can do anything about it. but you have to take action. take a moment to think about what your perfect world would look like and execute a plan to make those ideas come to life.


the only way to calm the nervous system down is to breathe. so when you are feeling anxious, frustrated, or mad, just take a moment. close your eyes if you can and take a really long deep inhale through your nose. but make sure that you expel all of that air out of you. this is how you release negativity. if you need to take another breath or two, you'll see just how beneficial conscious breathing can be.


think positive thoughts and speak them to fruition. the universe responds to your vibration and as you exhale you are sending these messages out into the world. however if you continue to swirl in the negative, that is the world that you will create. 


once you know yourself, you can move forward with confidence. and if you find yourself on a journey you no longer want to be on, you can change your mind anytime. that is the beauty about designing your own life.
